Return and Refund Policy
We're committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
Returns
You can return items within 7 days of delivery ( for shipping queries contact us asap ) To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- With all tags and accessories
- Returned in the same condition as received
Returning an Item
1. Contact us via email or phone to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We'll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
4. Package the item securely and include the RMA number.
5. Send the item to our returns address: (direct contact for further info )
Refunds
1. We'll process refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
3. You'll receive a full refund, including shipping costs (if applicable).
*Exchanges*
If you'd like to exchange an item, contact us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We'll provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Under NZ law, consumers have rights and guarantees, including:
- Goods must be of acceptable quality
- Goods must match their description
- Goods must be fit for their intended purpose
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
